Welcome to my website. Prepared by Willard O.
Havemeier, a member of this Army hospital from the time of
activation in 1942 to deactivation in 1945. This site is dedicated
to all those men and women who have served the United States
of America in war and in peace. Many thanks to all those
who contributed pictures and memories, especially those who
served in North Africa and Italy. No one who has lived them
can forget the days of war.
